  • ·         Go to your Settings

  •  

  • ·         Navigate and Click on Apps

  • ·         Click on Data Usage

2. Turning On Data Saver:


This is another cool method added to phones running on Android 7.0 and above, it does pretty much the same function as the restrict background Data but it does it better.

SO cache are stored up in your android phone and to save your android data it saves Data that has been downloaded from the internet so when the request is made again it speeds up the process.

So if you don't delete your cache you will reduce your data usage but if you do regularly, your mobile data will keep eating your budget.

So the pros of doing this is that it helps to save your mobile data on your Android phone 

But the cons is that it takes a lot of space and eats your storage, so it depends on what your priorities are, if you feel saving your mobile data is more important then don't delete your cache.



4. Turn off Auto Back-up of Photos and Videos in Google Photos:

This is something most persons fail to do, if you have your Google photo app, it's probably one of the reasons why your mobile data is drained than expected. 

But you don't need to uninstall the app, no not that rather you can turn off the auto back up of your photos and videos as that's what takes Mobile Data.
